Project Manager - Maternity Leave Replacement
About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to implement our Omni-Channel product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and with technical orientation.
The Project Manager will be responsible for work with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that our SaaS products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements. This individual will play a key role of implementing well-known organizations, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and dependencies.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals.
- Manage expectations and handle any issues or escalations effectively.
- Conducting weekly and stirring meetings with the relevant stakeholder
Requirements
Write and maintain clear and comprehensive User Requirements Specifications (URS) to capture customer needs, user stories, and business objectives.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify risks and issues that may affect project timelines or quality and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and prevent delays, ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in tech companies.
- Strong technical orientation with a deep understanding of Rest APIs
- Experience writing User Requirements Specifications (URS) and other technical documentation.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and timelines.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud platforms, and security practices.
- English is a must
