The Voice module is a flexible, programmatic and complete cloud-based solution that lets you make and receive phone calls using regular phone numbers. It is as simple as it sounds!
Auto assignments – You can enable auto-assign of conversations to agents by several parameters like workload, skill, permissions, etc. Additionally, you can allow agents to associate responses, and assign the conversation to the last agent.
Auto messages – You can send automatic auto-messages after the user’s first interaction, to give an instant response via voice. Customize the message according to your business specific use case.
Important: You can also set an option to allow the representative to associate responses, prioritize calls that being channeled, and lastly prioritize transferred conversation. (Conversations that have been transferred to a different channel will be prioritized on the new channel)
