To connect channels in CommBox, you must first manage assets in Business Manager. To create a Business Manager account, businesses need the following:
• An active Facebook account. This is a regular private account that receives permissions to control the Business Manager tools, for example, Israel Israeli’s private Facebook account gets access to manage CommBox’s BM account.
• Email address
• Phone number
Note that using a fictitious user account or a new user created for this purpose may cause difficulties in the verification process and even block access to the BM account.
