Senior Project Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, global implementation projects for large enterprise customers. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of international SaaS deployments, working closely with enterprise clients, internal development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing large-scale, multi-region projects, is highly skilled in modern project management methodologies, and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global implementation projects for enterprise customers from initiation through go-live and handover
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria in collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, integrations, support, and external partners
- Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control
- Coordinate work across multiple time zones, cultures, and regions
- Ensure clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executive stakeholders
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, risks, and milestones
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and contractual commitments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on global / international enterprise projects
- Proven experience managing complex SaaS implementation projects for high-end or enterprise customers
- Demonstrated experience working closely with software development and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – required for daily interaction with global customers
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple complex workstreams
- Ability to work independently while driving alignment across distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing projects across multiple geographies and cultures
- Background in enterprise software, customer experience platforms, or complex integrations
- Experience working directly with C-level or senior enterprise stakeholders
