Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of defining, developing, and delivering impactful solutions for our customers. This role requires extensive experience in outbound product management, with a focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into world-class SaaS solutions. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you'll collaborate across teams to shape the future of our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound product management efforts, working closely with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and validate solutions.
  • Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and other product documentation to guide development teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on outbound product management and customer engagement.
  • Proven experience in the B2B2C and SaaS domains.
  • Strong background in writing PRDs, user stories, and crafting comprehensive product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external clients.
  • Technical aptitude or prior experience in software development is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Understanding of customer communication platforms or related technologies.
