About The Position

Senior Backend Developer (Voice & Backend Focus)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a deep focus on backend development using C#/.NET, complemented by solid experience in voice technologies (SIP/WebRTC). 

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact, global-scale systems, working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver next-generation communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and secure backend services using C#/.NET.
  • Architect and integrate SIPWebRTC, and other real-time voice communication protocols into core systems.
  • Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver robust full-stack solutions, with emphasis on system integration and performance.
  • Work with relational databases such as MySQLMSSQL, or PostgreSQL to ensure optimal data handling and storage efficiency.
  • Enforce and advocate for security best practices, including OWASP principles, across the development lifecycle.
  • Engage in rigorous code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to engineering excellence standards.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS or Azure.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience with C#/.NET.
  • Proven professional experience in SIPWebRTC, and other real-time voice communication stacks.
  • Proficient in frontend development with TypeScript/JavaScript and responsive design frameworks.
  • Strong command of RESTful API design, JSON, JWT, and modern integration patterns.
  • Deep experience with relational databases and optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and architectural thinking for designing complex, distributed systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and serverless technologies.
  • Experienced with Git, Postman, logging and observability tools (e.g., Kibana), and agile toolchains like Jira.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with microservices architecture, asynchronous programming, and event-driven systems.
  • Enhance modern and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and container orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, code quality enforcement, and technical roadmap contribution.
