Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role involves leading a talented group of developers and QA engineers while driving the development of both frontend and backend solutions. You will take technical ownership of critical projects, integrating modern technologies and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of Full Stack developers and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Technical Ownership: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable backend services in C#/.NET, with frontend solutions in React and CSS TypeScript.
  • AI Integration: Incorporate AI, LLMs, RAG, and automation technologies to enhance system capabilities and features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, Product Managers, and other teams to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.
  • Lifecycle Involvement: Participate in all stages of the software engineering lifecycle — research, prototyping, development, and deployment.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7–8 years of development experience, including at least 2+ years as a team lead.
  • Hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern web technologies (CSS, HTML5).
  • Extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT, and secure software design principles (e.g., OWASP).
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with a passion for technical excellence.
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Postman, Kibana, and Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with AWS Lambda, gRPC, GraphAPI, Kafka, Python, and AWS SQS.
  • Knowledge of microservice architecture and object-oriented design patterns.
  • Startup mentality with the ability to iterate quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong commitment to quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automation practices.
